I love a good breakfast, it sets you up for the day and is very important. So do not skip breakfast ever!

I love eggs and often just make omelettes out of just the egg whites as that is where most of your protein will come from. An avocado is always a good call to boost your healthy fats and cottage cheese is also a great protein stacker. Wholemeal is always a must when using toast.
Sometimes I will just have a bowl of oats and almond milk and other times I might indulge in this food doctor cereal it is rather tasty
