This is currently what I follow.
What is clean eating I hear you ask?
It is eating foods in its simplest forms. Foods which haven’t been stripped of all their goodness and sprayed with Chems and had sugar and salts added to flavour it to death.
We are talking Lean meats, fresh vegetables, cheeses like feta, mozzarella and Parmesan, almond milk, coconut milk, olive oils, coconut oils, healthy fats like avocados and fish. Real food cooked simply and natural.
I could easily demolish a family size chocolate bar. Now I eat a slice of 81% dark chocolate and feel satisfied.
