What to have for lunch is always a question for myself. I am not one of those people that can sit and eat the same thing daily. I do try and mix it up but as I like to eat a lot of protein it can be hard. Here are some recent lunches I’ve enjoyed. As you can see I still eat a lot of greens and protein at lunch but I know I’m working out hard later I will indulge in a sweet potato with cheese or a slice of toast with mashed avocado and egg.
