Just because it’s the festive period does not mean you can not spare a measly half an hour for fitness. You’ll be eating more so you need to take into account how important even half n hour will be to you. I’m aiming to get up before the kids tomorrow and do a three mile run to kick start my fat burn. My long term goals are more important to me than just one festive week.💪
