4 courgettes chopped,
1 onion,
1 and 1/2 pints of vegetable stock
1 tsp butter
1 tsp coconut butter.

Cook up the courgettes and onion until soft with the butter and coconut oil then add vegetable stock in and simmer until the courgettes are really soft. Then blend add garlic granules, a hint of chilli and voila really lovely courgette soup. Add salt and pepper to your taste preference.
