I normally hate soups, but today I’ve been busy making my own clean soups.
Yesterday I made courgette soup and today I decided to make a carrot and coriander one
I then decided to make another one
2 handfuls of spinach
2 handfuls of curly kale
I put this in the pan all together and poured vegetable stock water over the top I let them cook until soft then added some chopped chilli and onion for extra taste. I then blended added a tsp of coconut oil and it was done. Can be quite spicy depending how much chilli you decide to add. A really great way of getting your veggies into you.
I also add my pea protein into mine as I need to keep my intake of protein up.
