Too many people hold value in the weight of the scales. I myself can be guilty of this too. But over the last year I’ve come to realise it’s more about how you feel, how your clothes fit and how your shape has changed.
Measure yourself. Take photos of yourself in your undies then do the same again in a month. If you’ve worked hard and eaten well then you will definitely see a difference. Even if the scale says NO! I dropped a whole dress size but my weight didn’t change!
I weigh 12 stones 2lbs today. People always say I don’t look it. Please do not live your weight loss journey by the scales.
