Today I’m aching.
Was leg day in the gym last night and whilst I’m strong on certain exercises such as the leg presses, the leg curls are not so great. I’ve also pulled my back a little so today I’ve just had a quick bounce on my mini trampette and done some easy yoga. I will do some more yoga tonight to try and ease it up a little. It really does help. I have such problems stretching. I find it boring and I’m so tight.

So following the Jamie Eason plan has gone well this week. The work outs are pretty simple but effective. The only problem I have is eating 70 yes 70 egg whites a week! This is going to get boring fast! Any one got any snazzy ideas how to make this more appealing?
