Hope everyone’s had a great weekend.
We didn’t have the children this weekend so have had lots of free time to do what we wanted.
Friday was my first rest day from my routine and my whey isolate came and I love it. Just pop it in a shaker add water and there’s 27g of protein down me.

So with the Jamie Eason programme I’m on I have to eat 70 eggs! I went to bookers Saturday and bought 180 to see me through the next two weeks.

Lots of nutritious foods going on.
The Jamie Eason programme has said I have to have 3 rest days fri to Sunday and your not meant to do cardio in these days so I’ve tried to limit it but I have been on walks. Friday I did a 5 1/2 mile walk alone. Sometimes it good to pop on your tunes and walk out the days frustrations and today I walked probably 5 with my partner through the beautiful forest we live near

These are the carrot protein bars from the Jamie Eason recipes. They actually taste quite lovely!

And these are the occasional treat to have honey almond crisps with whey isolate for protein. These taste amazing and my little coral loves them so perfect for her lunchbox.

All the nutritional info can be found there too. Well worth making for the odd indulgence. The ingredients can be hard to source and I made my own oat flour.

I’ve lost 4lbs this week and I’m finally into the 11 stones! Haven’t seen that number in a loooooong time. So pleased.
