yesterday I had leg day and spin class so I thought I’d try a pre workout drink and see if it helps with giving me some more energy. Energy it certainly did. The caffeine was way too much for me and I entered the gym like a coke head. I was buzzing around for two hours, staring myself out in the mirrors. Acting spaced out, but boy could I life heavier which was great. Seriously though I’m gonna need to find a lower caffeine one cos I cannot do that again. What does everyone else use? Any suggestions would be great 👌
