Since the wedding I’ve been eating naughty things and overeating and gained half a stone! Now is the time to act before I go too far and get out of control! I’ve still been lifting at the gym and even set some new personal bests. 40kg for chest presses aiming for 60kg! And I have other goals I want to reach by the end of summer. I need to get my body lean and show some of these gains I’ve got.

I have work today. Started a new job. But will tell you more later! 

Breakfast is 4 egg whites with one whole egg and some veggies. Need to put down the chocolates at night and stay away from the carbs!!
